What we collect through this website, why, and what your rights are.
Who we are
Ryhn Consultancy Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15519450). Our registered office is Suite 148, 6 Edison Buildings, Electric Wharf, Sandy Lane, Coventry CV1 4JA. We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can contact us about it at contact@ryhnconsultancy.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, and the optional company name and telephone number, the subject you choose and your message. If you call or email us directly, we hold the details you give us in the same way. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your details to read and reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to instruct us, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and steps taken at your request before a contract. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell them.
Who receives it
Enquiries are delivered to us by email through an email service provider, and this website is hosted by Vercel Inc. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver the service. We may also share information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months of the last contact. If we work together, we keep records for as long as the law and our professional obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict our use of it, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests. Write to contact@ryhnconsultancy.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, and we would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
